This session invites you to challenge the conventional "command and control" approach, drawing insights from "Trust & Inspire" Stephen Covey's latest best-seller as well as wisdom from leadership icons, John Maxwell and Warren Bennis. We'll dive deep into reimagining leadership, emphasizing genuine integrity and the true meaning of growth. Through memorable analogies and actionable insights, uncover how leaders and followers coexist in a thriving ecosystem. By the end, walk away with a refined perspective on ethics, poised to unlock unprecedented growth for your organization.
