Her consultancy focused on maximizing operational efficiency, controlling risks, improving customer service, and implementing leadership programs for independent agents. Her strategic approach in business development, marketing, and sales plans has been crucial in sustaining growth for her clients.

Her educational contributions as an Adjunct Professor at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi further highlight her commitment to the industry, where she shared her knowledge and insights with aspiring professionals. Moreover, her tenure as the CEO at American Financial Insurance Services, Inc. dba Borden Insurance, is a testament to her leadership capabilities and strategic planning skills.
