This engaging and thought-provoking ethics course challenges insurance professionals to consider the connection between character, performance, and leadership. Using analogies from college athletics and examples from real-world business, participants will examine how pressure and culture influence ethical decision-making and personal leadership. Through personal reflection, worksheet activities, and the creation of their personal Character Clause, learners will leave equipped to act with integrity, even when the stakes are high.
